I just wanted to write something to say how impressed I was with
the team at Lakeside Garage. I went to them after feeling disillusioned with the
VW dealer and how expensive it had become. I have always been wary of mechanics
as a woman with no knowledge of cars and how they work, however I really felt as
if I had been treated really well and not as if I did not have a clue. I was
shown the old parts that had been replaced and Jay the owner explained to me why
it had been done. When I booked the service, Darren took the booking and was
really helpful in trying to fit me in to suit my working day. They even dropped
me off back into Staines. I will definitely be having my car serviced here
from now on and could not hope for a more friendly and efficient team of people.
