Had my daughter’s car MOT’d again by Lakeside Garage. We’ve been using the garage now for around 10 years due to the quality of their customer service, parts used and their knowledge and dealership diagnostics. Very happy with the service given at Lakeside as usual.
I’ve used you guys for quite a number of years when I had an Audi. I bought my new car - a Fiat 500X a year ago - and didn’t want to move away to another garage, so was pleased when you were happy to do a Fiat.
I firstly had the MOT done at the end of last year and then recently had an interim service - all Covid care seemed to take place correctly.
Always liked the fact that you message when the MOT is due - that’s an easy one to forget!
I also like your rewards scheme - collecting points and receiving money off.

The service from staff was friendly, efficient and helpful throughout the process, from booking in my MOT (even when the garage was closed over Christmas, I got a prompt reply with an available appointment time), and I will gladly return for any future needs.

Have been using Lakeside Garage ever since my 2013 Audi A6 came out of warranty, they've always been very thorough and while not the cheapest, they are certainly better value than an Audi main dealer.
Recently I took the car in to investigate an unexplained increase in fuel economy. They checked to see if the brakes were sticking but could find no fault. They advised it could be cold weather related. When I took my wallet out to pay for the labour I was very impressed to be told that there was no charge, despite them producing an invoice detailing the investigation work carried out and that they had also checked tyre tread, fluid levels, battery condition and diagnostic check. You'd get charged an hour minimum for that at an Audi dealer at whatever their eye watering rate is. Well deserving of a 5 star rating.

Following a personal recommendation we used Lakeside Garage for the first time in December, Lakeside provided a great service on our Mercedes SLK , we intend to use their services in the future to look after the Mercedes and our BMW and therefore have no issues in recommending them to anyone looking for Quality Service at affordable prices.

I've used lakeside garage on many occasions over the years. I took my 2017 ford ranger in for a remap and couldn't be happier with the results. The whole process took just over an hour and the price was great.

These people are wicked. Crooks. They have no sense on integrity, and they have no sense of how to talk to customers. If you have no people skills stay at the back where the public cant see you. Absolutely the worst experience i've ever had with any establishment ever. Do not go there if you want a fair price or a civilised discussion.

Recommended to Lakeside Garage as my nearest Celtic Tuning dealer. Had my Renault Master van remapped from 120 to 170+ BHP. Great service at such short notice and ECU mapped professionally within tolerances of the engine. The engine is the same across all models but mine just lacked that much needed grunt! Waited till it was out of manufactures warranty. It now performs how it should do with plenty of torque when it is fully loaded. It has covered several thousand miles since it was done and all the staff have said it is a pleasure to drive now. Many thanks :)

Amazing service from the lakeside garage team, took my 2 year old BMW for its first service, as my car is still in warranty they used all genuine BMW parts and were also able to update my digital service book. Won’t be taking my car anywhere else apart from now on.

Professional, on-time and very helpful staff. I prefer taking my cars for all services, MOT and tyres related work. Using them for last 2+ years without any issues. I got a stage 1 remap for my Audi which took it from 120BHP to 210BHP. The overall experience was very memorable and positive. The result of the map is INCREDIBLE, it really changed the car not just in terms of the speed but also the way it drives. Its definitely a better car now. Would highly recommend their remapping service!

Took VW GTi for full service and brake fluid change, J was very informative and efficient, and kept me well informed regarding service.
Was given good price for full service and brake fluid, would go back again only if quotes given for battery and rear break pad and disc work are slightly more affordable, as found quotes a little high compared with online prices, but on the whole excellent service and workmanship with trust, as J showed all parts which were replaced in service.

First-class service! A refreshingly honest and competitively priced garage. Picked up my 3 series from work nearby and dropped it back later in the day having changed the front brakes, and a nice little health check report came with it. Will definitely be taking my car there in the future!

Just a quick note to pass on my heartfelt thanks and appreciation to the Lakeside Garage team who came to my rescue when I locked the keys inside my car last week - Not only had I locked my phone, purse and handbag inside but also my grandson - who quickly became stressed and very upset. The Lakeside team, kept calm and spent the best part of 40 minutes getting access to my car - I am eternally grateful for their total professionalism and fantastic support in what was a very stressful time for me and AJ my grandson - Many thanks from a grateful and relieved Grandma Angela

Having been quoted £634.90 for a (basic) service on our Outlander PHEV by our dealer, Lakeside were able to quote nearly £400 cheaper, do the work more quickly AND change the brake fluid (not included in the dealer service) for a small extra fee.
Lakeside have also had the foresight to train their team to a high standard in Hybrid and electric vehicle technology; a bonus with our particular vehicle.

Lakeside garage have been looking after all the vehicles in our household for a number of years. Whether it’s a service,mot or general repairs all carried out to a high standard. They will pick your car up and drop back afterwards if required. Would not go elsewhere. Thoroughly recommend them.

And... my god, I have no words to describe the power, it feels like a 3l car even tough is a 2l
Pulls trough the gears like a train and sounds and runs smoother than before

I would not recommend this garage at all, if you do use them make sure you agree pricing and duration as my bill doubled into the thousands mark over an engine management light. They fixed the but 30 miles later the same symptoms arose to be told ‘’it’s another issue’’. They contradicted themselves at times in what parts needed replacing and had little option at the time to get this fixed with them. I was out of a car for a good few weeks to be told they are busy and it’s on their list. Would certainly not recommend and neither will I be returning.
