Coronavirus Update

Coronavirus update as of 13/05/2020

 

Due to the ever changing situation with Covid 19 and following the guidelines of the government,  we are now back open for business having implemented all the health and safety precautions relating to the virus.

We may have to prioritise emergency work for key workers as we have throughout the lock down period and we would ask for your understanding if we do need to postpone your work either due to helping a key worker or due to the virus affecting any of our staff.

Our number one priority is the safety and well being of our staff members and our customers. To help keep our staff safe , and to ensure that we can keep working, we ask that if you are experiencing any symptoms of Covid 19 or if you have been in contact with anyone  else exhibiting symptoms, that you do not come to our premises. We will do everything to help you rearrange for another date.

We ask all our customers at this time not to plan to wait whilst the work is carried out on a vehicle. At this time we are unable to offer our waiting area to our customers to protect us all. In order to respect the suggested 2m social distancing, we only have the capacity for one customer at a time in the waiting area.

We would like to thank you all for your patience at this time and this post will be updated when there are any more changes.

A big thank you to all our customers who have continued to support us and for understanding the decisions we are having to make.
